Fire Safety Project Consultancy Service
- Design as per Kerala building rule & National building rule
- Fire drawings preparation, costing/budgeting, finalization of bill of quantity for a Project..
- Obtaining No objection certificate from the Fire Department which is mandatory for all high rise buildings prior to starting the Construction phase
- Renewal of Annual NOC from the Fire Department for buildings where the renewals are due every year
- Obtaining Final NOC for Completed Projects from Fire Department through proper communication with Authorities having Jurisdiction.
